Mumbai, Jan 22: The special MCOCA court in Mumbai is still to decide whether Malegaon blast accused will be booked under MCOCA laws or not. But the chargesheet filed in the case reveals the dangerous conspiracy that had been planned by the accused.

Lieutenant Colonel Purohit, Dayanand Pandey, Sadhvi Pragya Thakur and Rakesh Dhawade - co-conspirators of the Malegaon Blast has planned even more gruesome act of terrorism.

According to Purohit, "Let me also tell you, our meeting had been fixed with King Gyanendra (of Nepal) on June 24 (2006) and then in 2007, 20 people from my side will train as officers there every six months. I'll get 40 persons every year and 200 persons will train as Jawans, I'll recruit 400 soldiers."

From the materials recovered from Dayanand Pandey's laptop, Purohit brags about meeting King Gyanendra twice in 2006 and 2007, seeking help in building up an army for his dream Hindu nation.

As Purohit tells King Gyanendra, "You being an independent nation, ask for aid from Czechoslovakia, we will pay the money and the ammunition. The King has accepted, he also asked the King to help procure AK47s for him from Czechoslovakia, with a promise to pay for the arms and ammunition."

Purohit further mentions, "I have contacted Israel. One of our captains have been to Israel, eliciting a very positive response from their side. They have asked us to show them something on the ground, and it wasn't Nepal alone, help was sought from Israel as well."

"We had asked for four things - continuous and uninterrupted supply of equipment and training; secondly, to allow us to start out office with saffron flag in Tel Aviv; thirdly, a political asylum; and finally, support our cause in United Nations that a Hindu nation is born," added Purohit.

But now the saffron brigade, who had vociferously championed their innocence are silent, RSS leader Sudarshan also cited, "I won't give any answer related to the political queries." Meanwhile Arun Jaitley, BJP leader stated, "Let me not commit the same mistake that Arjun Singh is committing. Now there is a chargesheet, let the cour and jury handle it."

But so far, the special MCOCA court is yet to confirm, whether the chargesheet will be admitted under the MCOCA laws as sought by the prosecution. These men wanted to establish their own nation with a flag and even a Constitution of their own, though their ambitions were foiled after the Hindu terror plot was unravelled.
