Rupee opens weak at 50.05 per US dollar
Mumbai, Nov 24: The rupee on Monday, Nov 24 opened slightly weak at 50.05 against US dollar, down by two paise from its last close of 50.03, on fresh buying of dollars by foreign banks and others.
A fluctuation was seen in the rupee in a range between 49.97 and 50.16 per dollar in the intra-day trade. The domestic currency was slightly weaker in early trade today, as shaky Asian stocks fuelled expectations of accelerated capital outflows from local shares, dealers informed.
