Produce accused on Sep 14: Court to CoD

Hubli, Sep 10: A local court today ordered the Corps of Detective (CoD) to produce all the 16 accused, involved in terrorist activities, before the court on September 14 without fail.

The order was passed by District and Sessions Judge A G Bopaiah.

The Indore police, who appeared in the court, appealed that five accused, who were in prison, could not be produced before it for security reasons.

The other accused from Hindalaga jail, were also not produced in the court.

The judge issued warrant against 11 accused and directed the Indore police to produce them on September 14.

While Adnan, Dr Mirja Beig, Shibli, Safdar, Kamruddin Nagori were in Indore jail, eleven accused were lodged in Hindalaga jail in Belgaum.
