LIC Housing Fin offers 50% processing fee waiver

Kozhikode, Nov 3: The LIC Housing Finance Ltd will offer a 50 per cent processing fee waiver during home loan festival beginning on November 4.

As per the offer, clientele can avail home loan at a reduced interest rate of 10.25 per cent instead of 10.50 per cent till November 30, General Manager (Marketing) P K Rath announced here today.

He also declared a concession in floating interest rates by 0.25 per cent during the period.

He said the LIC Kozhikode Division, which was conducting the home loan festival for the seventh consecutive year, expected to mobilise a total business of Rs 20 crore this month.

With seven per cent market share, LIC Housing Finance was the second largest lending agency in the sector, he claimed.
