Fiat eyes after sales services, dealer network
New Delhi, Aug 20: With an aim to improve customer confidence, Fiat India Pvt Ltd has said it will primarily focus on bettering the after sales service and dealer network.
For this, it has announced the commencement of seven new Tata-Fiat service stations across various locations in the country, in sync with the growing purchasing power of the Indian customers.
''These Tata-Fiat service stations will streamline our after sales service and provide the customers the best quality of service,'' Fiat India Managing Director Giovanni De Filippis said in a statement.
The company has a 24-hour helpline for breakdown assistance with all the concerned Tata-Fiat service dealers.
All Fiat vehicles manufactured in India will be serviced at these outlets.
