Doda killings not to hit India-Pakistan ties: India
New Delhi, May 2: India today ruled out any adverse impact of Sunday's massacre of Hindus in Doda district of Jammu and Kashmir on its relations with Pakistan, though it was clear that the outrage was an attempt to disrupt the ongoing peace process.
''We are not going to be cowed down by that. We know how to deal with the situation,'' National Security Adviser (NSA) M K Narayanan told NDTV.
Replying to a question, he said India would send a proper message to Pakistan ''at the right time.'' To another query, he said Prime Minister Manmohan Singh would not visit Pakistan in June, but it may take place at a later date.
