Lok Sabha polls: Arvind Kejriwal woos Varanasi
BJP's prime ministerial candidate Narendra Modi is pitted against AAP chief Arvind Kejriwal and Congress's Ajay Rai.
While the Modi wave seems to have taken UP up by storm, Arvind Kejriwal is leaving no stone unturned to give Narendra Modi a tough fight. Kejriwal, who arrived in Varanasi on Monday began his month long campaign against Modi on Tuesday in the city.
Kejriwal held a Jansabha on Tuesday where he directly interacted with the poeple of Varanasi. "When the results come out, if Rahul Gandhi loses by 2 lakh votes, what will Congress party do," Kejriwal asked while addressing the jansabha.
Kejriwal was seen visiting a locality that is known for its strong Muslim presence.
Varanasi goes to polls on May 12.
