WWE: What happened after Smackdown went off the air?

By Raja

Bengaluru, Sep 28: We have got some blockbuster announcements from last night's WWE Smackdown. The talking point at the end of the night was Ziggler's shocking announcement for the Intercontinental match at the No Mercy PPV.

Everyone was tired to see the Ziggler coming up short with the opportunities given towards him. Hence, he decided to put an end to it.

When the Miz was busy celebrating his career highlights in his home state of Ohio, he forgot that it was Ziggler's homecoming, too. He could not get a better opportunity to drop the bombshell.

After Smackdown went off the air, Renee Young started the show by asking Bryan his thoughts about giving up his career at the prime.

Bryan said that nobody understands it better than him since he had to quit what he loves when he was at the top of his game.

Once he quitted, the younger talents took his place, he is pretty sure that if Ziggler hangs up his boots, he will be replaced, too. He noted that it is a part of the wrestling job.

Bryan took a shot at Mick Foley and Stephanie McMahon, too by saying that they are occupying more screen time than the talents.

Here's what he said, "Shane and I have a very different philosophy from Mick and Stephanie McMahon, we don't need to make ourselves out there all the time. Tonight, we didn't really need to be out there, the action itself was awesome."

Becky Lynch was the first guest on the show. She addressed the sneak attack of Bliss from behind. Becky said that her entire life he's been a fighting champion and he will continue to do so. The title is her life and she will do absolutely anything to retain that around her waist.

John Cena appeared as the second guest of the night on the how where he clarified Ambrose's comments of calling him a lazy part-timer.

Cena advised Ambrose to either step up or step aside. He also vowed that he will not stop by having only 15 World titles under his name. He will add one more at the No Mercy PPV.
