Bengaluru, Nov 18: With the Survivor Series just on the verge, we have big names showing up in the WWE to kick start the Wrestlemania programs from this year’s end.
So, most the rumours are regarding the Royal Rumble and the associated Wrestlemania programmes.
Meanwhile, there will be a couple of stops in the months of December in the name of TLC and Roadblock PPVs. Let’s take a look what the rumour has in store for us, this week.
Lebron James to show up in WWE
Ever since the Undertaker met Lebron James in the Cleveland celebration, the rumour mill suggests that the veteran NBA star will be making an appearance on Smackdown Live. His presence is sure to bring some more ratings to the blue brand show. Taker and James have tremendous respect for each other and hence it’s might turn for James to return the favour.
Finn Balor to win the Royal Rumble
A report from Inquisitr.com suggests that Finn Balor is going to return and win the Royal Rumble PPV. It is assumed that Balor might return at the Roadblock PPV, much earlier than expected to initiate his momentum for the biggest rumble event of the year. If Owens holds the title till Wrestlemania then Balor vs. Owens is going to be the main event of the grandest stage, next year.
Chavo Guerrero called for Cruiserweight division
The Cruiserweight division had a tough time on the main roster since the debut. There have been some pop-up matches without any proper storylines and the audience is not getting behind them. WWE is re-launching them with the 205 Live to fix the problem. The veteran Chavo Guerrero has contacted by the WWE Creative to join the division. After departing from the WWE, Chavo has been enjoying his stint with the Lucha Underground. However, he announced his retirement there, recently.
Becky Lynch to continue feud with Alexa Bliss till TLC
Since WWE TLC will be held just two weeks after the Survivor Series PPV, new feuds are not likely to take place on Smackdown Live. So, the Smackdown Women’s champion is likely to continue her feud with Bliss until TLC PPV. Rumours suggest that this time the match is going to happen with a special stipulation so that no excuse can be given by the heel, Bliss. Becky is likely to continue her title run, though.
Undertaker to interfere Brock Lesnar-Goldberg
A wild rumour suggests that Undertaker’s real reason behind the Smackdown appearance is something else. He is going to initiate his Wrestlemania program from the Survivor Series PPV, itself. He is going to make an appearance in the “icon vs. icon” main event at Survivor Series PPV, probably costing Goldberg the match. This will fix the program between The Myth vs. The Phenom at Wrestlemania 33.
