Bengaluru, Sep 14: WWE Smackdown Live came our way, this week from the Wells Fargo Center in Philadelphia, Pennsylvania.

The show kicked off with the new face that runs the place. AJ Styles got a huge ovation from the crowd. But all of a sudden, John Cena interrupted and went right after Styles to claim his 16th WWE World Heavyweight championship belt.

However, Dean Ambrose is due with his rematch for the championship after he got robbed at Backlash.

Shane McMahon came out to stop all of them and announced that at No Mercy AJ Styles will have to defend his championship belt in a triple threat match. Ambrose will have to wait for his one-on-one match.

In the main event for the night we have got a huge tag team match among John Cena and Dean Ambrose taking on the team of AJ Styles and The Miz.

After digesting the initial beatdown, Ambrose tagged Cena to capitalize with the shoulder tackles. Cena connected with the AA to pick up the victory.

Once the match was over Cena was celebrating but Ambrose kicked him in the guts and connected with the Dirty Deeds to turn on him. Styles raised his world championship and watched all of it from the ramp.

In the Women's division, we are due to see the number one contender for Becky Lynch. Hence we have got a Fatal-5-way match to determine one.

Alexa Bliss picked up the win here to become the challenger for Becky's title. However, the interesting part is Nikki Bella got the pinfall from the rookie, once again.

Heath Slater finally received the Smackdown Live contract from Shane McMahon and was so happy that he wanted to give a title match to anyone.

So, The Ascension came down to challenge them. But, the new champions picked up an easy win as Rhyno hit his pendant move, the gore. The Usos also picked up a victory against the Hype Bros.

Randy Orton tried to deliver a message to Bray Wyatt but ended up by getting a sneak attack from Bray and his disciple, Eric Rowan. Though, the Viper connected with a sudden RKO to turn the table.

Also, on the show, we have got Jack Swagger as the newest member of Smackdown Live. The Miz continued his heated conversations with Ziggler and the GM, Daniel Bryan.
