Bengaluru, Feb 1: The rumours of Sasha Banks shifting to Smackdown Live went wild after she posted a picture on her Instagram account with a hashtag of #sdwomenschampionship.

This clearly indicates that the creative has not planned any championship opportunity on the flagship show in near future.

Her intentions were even clear with these quotes on the post which said: “Remember, for everything you have lost, you have gained something else. Without the dark, you would never see the stars.”

The lines were also accompanied with another unknown hashtag of #BL2017. This tag was also used by Summer Rae and Eva Marie, as well perhaps indicating the next edition of brand extension Draft of WWE.

It is not the first time that WWE’s legit boss wanted to move to the blue brand of the WWE. Previously, while giving a reply to a fan, Sasha intended to do the same hinting that she might become women’s champion, once again after getting drafted to the blue brand of the WWE.

However, the chances of her getting shifted to the blue brand are not likely, as of now since the next edition of Draft should not take pace unless Wrestlemania season is over. WWE might arrange it again during this year’s summer.

It’s still not clear whether Sasha is facing backstage heat due to her comments like these or not. This might be the reason why a star like her was forced to compete in the Kick-off show of the Royal Rumble PPV instead of the main show.

The fans on the social media did not take it lightly. However, Dave Meltzer of Wrestling Observer Newsletter wiped out all the possibilities of such thing by saying it was not because of any punishment.

The match card was so stacked that the creative found it difficult to make a place for the match between her and Nia Jax on the show.

With two world title matches and the Rumble match itself, the reason holds more logic. Hence, Sasha fans need not to be worried, at all.
