WWE Rumour: Goldberg Vs Undertaker match to take place at Wrestlemania

By Raja

Bengaluru, Nov 16: We have seen the Undertaker in good shape at the Cleveland Cavaliers' celebration. The Phenome joined the NBA champions at their home at the Quicken Loans arena in Cleveland, Ohio, out of mutual respect with Lebron James.

Furthermore, he appeared on Smackdown Live assuring the fans that he might be back as a full-time performer. We are now assured that the Undertaker will be back for his match at Wrestlemania.

We have got some speculation over his health after his photo with a crutch got viral over the internet. This led to a rumor that he is not fit enough to compete in his own playground of Wrestlemania. But, that was put to rest by him with this appearance on Smackdown Live's 900th episode.

Now the question leads to this, who will he face at the grandest stage of them all? Reports from Forbes suggest that Undertaker is medically fit to step inside the ring and he will soon initiate the program for his Wrestlemania 33 match. It will also mark his 25th appearance at the showcase of the immortals.

Keeping this in mind WWE is trying to make him face a big name and this might turn out to be Goldberg. Creative is pushing hard for the match to take place in Orlando, Florida.

But, the biggest constraint in this regard is that WWE has Goldberg under their contract for one match only i.e. for the Survivor Series match against Goldberg.

So, WWE will have some talks with the former WCW franchise, so that he could stick around here for one more match.

Initially, Undertaker's automatic opponent was none other than John Cena but WWE is planning to make him tying Ric Flair's record setting 16th world title at the Wrestlemania stage. So, the plans might see a change.

WWE has to depend on how Survivor Series goes down, as well. To keep Goldberg around them, he would be allowed to win his bout against Brock Lesnar.

The beast is the clear favorite to win the match at the dual brand PPV.
