Now, amongst all of the promotions that want Del Rio for them WWE's bitter rival TNA wants him the most. TNA is reportedly going over all to get the Mexican aristocrat under their wigs. They also clarified that Del Rio will not be get suspended for drug tests or policy violation if he works for their promotion.

It is notable that WWE maintains a strict wellness policy and suspends superstars or Divas who violates it. But, TNA is not abode by such rules and stars performing for TNA get to perform in a relax way.

But, TNA promotion has to keep in mind that the former WWE World Heavyweight Champion is looking to wrestle only 60 days in a calendar year and not more than that. Also, since he is 39 years old, he is willing to quit wrestling within upcoming two or three years from now.

So, if TNA does sign him they have to utilize the talent fully from the get-going. Rumors suggest that they might sign for a part timer or a special attraction just like Brock Lesnar does in the WWE.

TNA tried to get Mexico’s Greatest Export last year when he was yet to sign the WWE contract. But, the deal never happened since Del Rio was not happy with the money that was being offered. TNA’s authority figured has changed this year and it is yet to see if he is successful to get this former WWE superstar.

Del Rio’s second stint in the WWE was horrible, to say the least. His relationship with Paige damaged both of their statuses in WWE. Now that he is out from the company, we can hope Paige can advance further in her career.
