Bengaluru, Sep 26: Paige has accomplished a lot in her short career span in the WWE. She is just 24 and held a number of records in the Women’s division.
As we all know she is the youngest Divas champion of all time since winning the title at her very first night.
Alongside this, she is the longest reigning NXT Women’s champion which she still held the night she won the Divas championship. This made her the only women who held both the title at the same time.
She has gone through a huge amount of turmoil since then. She is expected to return very soon on WWE Raw and WWE should make the most out of this controversial yet talented female athlete who has plenty left inside the ring.
The immediate solution for the creative is to put her into the title picture in the Raw Women’s division. We have pretty much tired of seeing Charlotte as the champion for almost one and a half year, now.
Also, it shows the lack of talents in the division who can be a worthy opponent for the champ. Paige’s inclusion would bring a fresh storyline to the scenario. She also possesses a tremendous mic skill to engage the fans towards her.
If title picture does not suit her well then WWE should book her against Stephanie McMahon. This will be to present a real life feud in a televised format.
This will be an instant hit, to say the least. Paige letting her anger and frustrations on her boss and then engaging in a match would certainly be the “best for business”, as Stephanie herself like to say. Also, this will be a feud with the main event spotlight.
If Raw creative does not manage to plan something appropriate then she should be sent to the Smackdown brand.
As called by Shane McMahon this is the “land of opportunity which is needed by Paige, at this moment. Smackdown still lacks big names and Paige can make up that.
Plus, the feuds including her and the rookies like Carmella or Alexa will be worthy to watch. In the process, they will be brought to their A-game whereas Paige will become the strong contender to hold the Smackdown Women’s title from Becky.
