WWE: Paige made another appearance at Independent wrestling show

Bengaluru, Nov 15: WWE Diva Paige has made another appearance at an independent wrestling show despite being under the contract of WWE.

She was spotted at the Jersey's All Pro-wrestling League's 20th anniversary. Of course, she was there to support his boyfriend Alberto Del Rio aka Alberto El Patron who has competed in a match. The match was against Sami Callihan i.e. former WWE NXT Superstar Solomon Crew.

As reported by allwrestingnews.com, Paige's appearance was not announced earlier. It was addressed by the venue's public address system once she showed up at the event accompanying Del Rio. A picture was posted by the Mexican Superstar on Instagram saying,

“I shared the ring tonight with a real wrestler. he is entertaining. He has so much passion and love for the business. It was an absolute pleasure to wrestle you, amigo. Look forward to the next one. Thanks to all the fans who tore the house down. Incredible night."

As per WWE's contract, Paige has no prohibition while appearing on the independent wrestling circuit. But, she cannot compete in the ring or her appearance can't be advertised by the promotion to attract people.

So, she has not done something out of her contract since it was not a set up by the indie show. She was there to support her boyfriend.

Also, she can't compete in the ring due to her neck surgery. It will not allow her to wrestle for the rest of the year 2016, at least.

She is also under her second suspension by WWE which is extended to 60 days. It is going to be lifted on December 10th.

She has suffered the first suspension in the month of August due to illegal drugs. The second time too, she was handed the suspension for the same reason, apparently.

However, she could not show up in WWE when the suspension gets over due to the neck surgery. She is not expected to be back until next year's Wrestlemania.

Until then we can expect to see more of her by the side of Del Rio in the Indie scenes.
