Bengaluru, April 8: As reported earlier, Nikki Bella was forced to take a hiatus from in-ring competition following her match at Wrestlemania 33. She has been dealing with her neck injury for a long time and will need the time off, to heal her wounds.

This might not be so serious but she will not get medically cleared to wrestle until the numbness in her hands goes away.

Meanwhile, she got a surreal Wrestlemania moment after her boyfriend John Cena proposed to her in the middle of the ring. This segment was arranged since there are chances that WWE might not get another chance to feature Cena and Nikki together in a storyline.

Recently, Nikki appeared in an interview to promote the Total Divas show on the E Network where she expressed how much serious her neck injury is and it might happen where she might not get cleared to make a return, ever. These were her comments:

"Recently I had to get MRIs and CT scans and we realised that I have a slight herniation above where I had surgery, which isn't good, which means I have to take time off and I have to heal.

"And hopefully when that heals, if it does, I can get back in the ring, I pray that it won't be a long time but, I don't know, it's in God's hands."

But, later she posted a message on twitter hinting that if a comeback is waiting for her then her twin sister, Brie Bella might join her. These two has earned fame in the pro-wrestling circuit with the Bella Twins gimmick and it might be back for one last time.

Check out the above post where Nikki stated that Brie-mode might be activated indicating the same. Brie, at this time, is expecting a baby girl with husband, Daniel Bryan. It was earlier stated by Bryan that there's a possibility for brie to return to the WWE for one last time for Summerslam.

At Wrestlemania 32, Brie Bella had wrestled in her last match which was advertised as her last match. But, she clarified it numerous times that if her health permits after the delivery then a return is evident. So, we can definitely expect to see the twin magic back in the company, again.
