WWE Monday Night Raw, September 12: Preview and Schedule

By Raja

New York, Sep 12: Since WWE Backlash was over and became a talking point, WWE Raw too has come up with some exciting matches for us tonight to divert the attention to the flagship show.

Tonight's Raw will come live from the Royal Farms arena in Baltimore, MD as we will be set to know if the WWE universal championship match at Clash of Champions will be a one-on-one or a triple threat match. The show will be live on Ten 2 on Tuesday (Sep 13) 5.30 AM. The repeat telecast will be broadcasted on Tuesday at 4 and 8.30 PM on Ten 1.

Last week, it was the night of Mick Foley to announce some thrilling matches and he came up with the idea of pitting a match between Roman Reigns and Kevin Owens. The stipulation is if Roman wins, he will be added to the championship match at Clash of Champions. Roman was keen to take his revenge on Owens and hence it was the best idea to come up with.

Now, since The Samoan Superman is empty-handed right now, with his supposed opponent Rusev on a vacation, he is going to pick up the win, tonight. Also, he will give a strong statement to Triple H who cost him the title, two weeks ago. The game is not supposed to show up on tonight's show and hence Owens will not have any coverage. Expect Rollins to show up in between the match as a face.

Quite interestingly, Rollins was seen as a babyface in the live events from last week and hence he should be full-fledged with his character on televised editions, too.

Also, on tonight's show, we will have the fifth edition of the Sheamus-Cesaro best of seven series. Cesaro was able to pull off the first victory of the series at London's live event making the score 1-3, in his favor. Since WWE has to drag the series till the next PPV, expect Cesaro to pick up the second win.

In the Women's division, Charlotte is in real trouble since she was granted the rematch against Sasha Banks at Clash of Champions. If that was not all, then Bayley pinned the champion last week on Raw to receive a title opportunity. So, with that being said, we might get a chance to see a triple threat match at the next PPV. The previously announced one-on-one match has already been removed from advertisement.
