Kurt Angle hints to return to WWE TV post-Wrestlemania

Legendary WWE star Kurt Angle is all set to return and make an appearance in WWE TV.

Bengaluru, March 30: Kurt Angle's appearance during the Hall of Fame ceremony will mark his first time ever return after his departure back in the year 2006.

After years of anticipation by the WWE fans, WWE finally decided to bring him back. John Cena will have the pleasure to induct him into the prestigious club of the WWE.

Now, if rumours are believed then his stint will stretch beyond the Hall of Fame ceremony, for sure. He is still plenty of wrestling left in him as said by him. If given chance, he will love to wrestle in some big marquee matches, for sure.

Furthermore, he might take the spot of the Raw General Manager. It was reported on various occasions earlier that he will occupy the place of Mick Foley in the near future.

The former world champion appeared in an interview with Wrestling Hub Newsletter where he hinted the same.

He said that WWE wants him to become a Hall-of-Famer, initially. But, they are also willing to work with him in some more endeavours. Here's what he had said,

"They just wanted me just for Hall of Fame, strictly, and they would talk to me afterward…There is nothing confirmed for after the Hall of Fame. Yes, we can speculate, but that is all it is."

Angle clarified further that he is willing to work in any role be it a wrestler or a General Manager. There's no problem for him if Hall of Fame is the last thing that he would do. Here're his comments:

“If the Hall of Fame is the last thing I do, then I'm cool with that," Angle continued.

"If they do decide to work with me and in more of an ambassador role or GM role or coach or manager role or even wrestling, I'm fine with that. If it was wrestling, I'd be willing to do that."

WWE should book him for some big PPV matches with some current wrestlers. They will be a bigger attraction for the company to sell out the particular event.

By any means, the Hall of Fame ceremony should not be his last in the company.
