Bengaluru, Oct 25: The Undertaker himself believes that he has no reason left to step into the WWE ring, once more. However, we can’t think of a Wrestlemania without the Deadman and expects him to be back on the track, once the season starts after the Royal rumble PPV.
Confirming the same, WWE’s former announcer Jim Ross answered to a similar question on his website.
The veteran is known for his updates regarding various WWE topics and this time too hinted a huge news. He wrote while speaking of the Undertaker,
"Nope. Taker will retire when he's ready but I assume that well might be sooner than later. I could see one more bout at WM33 but I'm assuming."
This only means we can expect the Undertaker back in the scene at the beginning of next year. He is supposed to face John Cena, which is a much-anticipated match.
The already planned match was canceled after Cena had to undergo surgery, at this year’s beginning.
Meanwhile, there’s some big update regarding John Cena’s return. According to a report from AllWrestlingNews.com, the franchise of the company will return much before than expected.
He is scheduled to appear at the Survivor Series PPV for the Raw vs. Smackdown 5-on-5 tag team elimination match.
This is the traditional match for the last big PPV of the year and hence Cena’s appearance will be no surprise.
Apart from this one appearance, Cena is also advertised for a big house show at the end of the year which will be held at the Madison Square Garden in the New York City.
Upon return, he is expected to hunt AJ Styles for his record 16th WWE World title. Hence, the rumor mill suggests that he might square off against Styles at the TLC PPV. TLC is scheduled to take place on December 4th from Dallas, Texas.
From January onwards Cena is supposed to go in full swing and the rivalry between him and Taker will begin from the Royal Rumble PPV.
This year is the 30th anniversary of the Royal Rumble and hence we can expect all the big names in the PPV.
