WWE Comic Con festival in Hyderabad on September 24, 25

Hyderabad, Sep 23: WWE has a strong fan base in the subcontinent. With their global market growing day by day, WWE is intending to expand its wings more in India and the Asian countries. As part of their programmes, they are arranging superstar visits and marketing events to cater more to their Indian fanbase.

Last month the WWE World title was present in the St. Xavier’s College, Mumbai and this month they are following it up with the most popular WWE Comic Con festival in Hyderabad. This festival allows WWE to let the fans introduce to their favorite superstars’ comic book characters. Needless to say, this mostly attracts the young fans. Every year, almost 30,000 people turn up to make the Comic Con festival a huge success in different cities.

WWE is trying to bring the trend to India, too. Hence, on September 24 (Saturday) and 25 at the HITEX Centre in Hyderabad, the annual event will be held where you will get a complete experience of how thrilling a WWE Superstars' entrance can be.

There will be ramp and stage set for the fans. They can make an entrance with the particular superstar’s entrance music and lighting. The media persona will help to take the footage of your entrance and share it on the social media. You can also take pictures with WWE star cut-outs.

Indian fan base mostly supports big names from the WWE like John Cena, The Undertaker, and Roman Reigns. They will get a chance to know the comic characters of the iconic superstars, too. The Comic Con Festival was first introduced in the year 2009 in India. Now Hyderabad is the city to host it every year.

After 13 long years, WWE has returned with a full-fledged live event in India in January 2016. The event took place at the Indira Gandhi Indoor stadium in Delhi. Two live events held by WWE saw huge success. We have witnessed the then WWE champion Roman Reigns, Dolph Ziggler, Ryback, The Wyatt Family, Big Show, Kane, The Usos, Charlotte, Summer Rae and more in action. The event saw two Indian wrestlers, Kishan Raftaar and Lovepreet Sangha debuting in WWE.
