For the first time since the devastating loss at the hands of Goldberg, Brock Lesnar returned to action. As announced earlier, he featured in a house show in the Mexico City against Rusev.
This also marked the debut of the beast incarnated in the Mexico City which converted the capital city into Suplex City.
Lesnar showed no mercy against his opponent as he conquered the Bulgarian Brute in very little time. The match was the shortest way possible to gain back some momentum before he heads back to WWE TV during the month of January.
His saga with Goldberg is still far from over. You can catch the glimpses of the match from the below clips.
This is a picture of Rusev after the match was finished and he was victimized by the Paul Heyman’s conqueror beast.
Rusev has teased Lesnar after facing the loss at Survivor Series PPV. Now, the beast has vowed his redemption on him.
Brock Lesnar has already worked over date for WWE, this year. Usually he appears in four PPVs in a calendar year.
But, this year, he already worked an extra date in Survivor Series. This was a sudden decision by WWE creative to make a lot of money for all the parties. Brock Lesnar did not deny since he made the biggest profit from the match.
This live event was a more extra date for him and hence the match did not last long, predictably. It turned out to be a squash match in his favor with the least effort.
The night has also seen Emma returning into action to the squared circle. Big Show shocked the world too by showing up and competing in a singles contest.
