Bengaluru, Sep 7: Alberto Del Rio's dream to hold the WWE world championship for at least one more time got shattered with a lack of planning from WWE.

He returned to the biggest wrestling promotion in the world to end up in some false hopes which brought him on the verge of leaving the company, once again.

Reports have already surfaced that Del Rio has taken the decision of not returning to the WWE, once his suspension gets lifted. In addition, wrestlingINC.com reports that Del Rio has already given a notice of 60 days to the company in the month of June to serving as the notice period.

If this is true then, immediately after his suspension gets lifted he will be free to wrestle outside the WWE within the United States of American and his home country, Mexico. The interesting part is that WWE still suspended him after being fully concerned of his notice period which means it was given, intentionally.

But, Del Rio will have plenty of options left for him as numerous promotions already want him once he is done with WWE. Lucha Underground contacted him saying that they want to work with him, once again. This was the promotion where Del Rio worked after his first stint in WWE was over in 2014.

They talked to the Mexican star's representatives as they want to recreate the Alberto El Patron character, once again in the AAA promotion. However, they have not talked about the TV deal, yet. It is also to be noted that if they can't overcome the loss situation then they probably will not be able to afford a superstar like Alberto Del Rio.



Also, previously the Mexican aristocrat was not happy at all with the unorganized circumstances in the AAA events. Hence, he kept his WWE contract signing a secret to them, last year. So, it is quite doubtful if they can make Del Rio happy with his future contract.

TNA is also reportedly interested in taking the star under their wings. However, they are not coming up with sufficient money.

Del Rio previously accepted the fact that he chose WWE over TNA since he is happy with the financial issues with the company which also allows him to wrestle for a global audience.

However, Dixie Carter is not the TNA president, anymore. Billy Corgan has taken over and it is rumored that he has already offered Del Rio, a top position in his company. Now, it's up to him if he is willing to pay more for the Mexican superstar.
