Paris, May 25: Roger Federer lost his cool when one of his fans tried to take a selfie with the star tennis player. The incident took place at Roland Garros on Sunday, May 24.
Federer was playing a match against Colombia's Alejandro Falla during a French Open quest. But his mood darkened when a young boy entered the tennis court and insisted him to allow him to snap a selfie in his mobile phone.
Federer's security guards later took the young fan out of the court. The tennis star was upset, however, he clarified that it was not the child but the lack of security arrangement at the tennis court bothered him.
During a post-match press conference, Federer was quoted as saying, "I'm not happy about it. Obviously not one second I'm happy about it. It happened yesterday in the practice, too."
He was concerned about the fact that a boy had managed to evade security. Here it can be recalled that earlier in 1993, a man had sneaked onto a court and stabbed nine-time champion Monica Seles.
