Bengaluru, Nov 14: Remember the five jumping jacks those who showed up on Raw with their not-so-funny jokes in 2006?

We are talking about the spirit squad who is considered to be one of the worst gimmicks of all time. The five goons had a bad time in WWE and only Ziggler managed to be the one big name, later.

Now, two from the five members of the squad was brought back on Smackdown before the Miz and Ziggler clashed for the Intercontinental title at the No Mercy PPV.

We thought that they are showing up just to hype up the epic feud between the two former Ohio residents. But, it looks like they will stay here for some more times.

As per a report from Cagesideseats.com, Mikey and Kenny of the Spirit squad will be staying on the side of the Miz in the upcoming days.

This is to give the awesome one the needed help to prevail over the current champion, Ziggler. Although, Ziggler is not supposed to lose his title and his resistance against the combined force of enemies would make him look greater in turn.

Apart from Mikey and Kenny, there were Mitch and Johnny who could not make a comeback since the Mitch has a job now which he can’t quit.

The later one is now a resident of Israel and involved in religious activities. The fifth one Nicky, as we all know is now our beloved show-off, the Dolph Ziggler.

As of now, the two members of the spirit squad will continue to do acting as the Miz’s helping hands. But, their return was well accepted by the fans and they might be pushed into the tag team title scenario, as well.

It is worth to mention that they had beaten the tag champs in a six-man tag team match on Smackdown.

The tag team division definitely lacks depth on the blue brand and if they do get included to it by a long-term WWE contract, it would eventually help the division.
