Police recommends charge against Paige, might get fired from WWE

The investigation process of Paige and Alberto Del Rio following the allegation of domestic battery continues.

New Delhi, July 21: The investigation process of Paige and Alberto Del Rio following the allegation of domestic battery continues. The latter one has already been suspended from the GFW promotion. Now, the latest reports from the police turned out to be worse for the former Divas Champion.

After the initial interrogation process, the Orlando police have found Paige guilty. So, they have asked to press charges of domestic violence against her but not Del Rio.

If this happens then it may very well be the end of Paige's WWE career. This is what the reports stated,

“OPD detectives have found that probable cause exists to charge Saraya Bevis [aka Paige] with Battery (Domestic Violence). Detectives have sent the information to the State Attorney's Office for review and the SAO will determine whether to file charges in the case."

WWE does not tolerate these kinds of allegations to any of their superstars, at all. So, it is quite evident that this time the company will take a step against the anti-Diva who has violated the company's policies on countless occasions. Check out what WWE's policy states against these allegations,

“WWE has zero tolerance for matters involving domestic violence, child abuse, and sexual assault. Upon arrest for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately suspended. Upon conviction for such misconduct, a WWE talent will be immediately terminated."

Starting from last year, Paige has undergone some unforgiven circumstances. WWE has already suspended her on two different occasions. If it happens one more time, then her contract will be terminated, permanently.

The only reason that WWE has not fired the superstar, yet is due to the filming of the movie based on her life. The Rock and the WWE Studios are producing the movie as a joint venture to give it a global theatrical release. Quite expectedly, the company will garner mainstream media attentions by virtue of this.

Stars like Vince Vaughn (Wedding Crashers) and Lena Headey (Game Of Thrones) will also feature in this project. The Rock himself will star in the project portraying his own role. So, WWE does want the center attraction that is Paige when the movie finally comes out, later this year.
