The French midfielder had joined Manchester City in 2011. After a couple a of quality seasons Nasri's form took a dip as he saw himself going down the pecking order in the Man City squad.
He lost his first team place and has been out form since a long team. And now with the likes of David Silva, Kevin De Bruyne, Fernandinho, etc in the squad, Samir Nasri's chances of making it to the first team looked bleak.
Thus, taking a wise decision Nasri has moved away from Etihad to join Sevilla on a season long loan. The Frenchman came on as a substitute against West Ham United last weekend in the English Premier League game week 3.
