Goldberg might be returning to WWE at the Clash of Champions PPV

Bengaluru, Sep 16: The pro-wrestling circuit had a strong belief during the Summerslam weekend that Goldberg is all set to return to WWE on the night of Summerslam to stand against Brock Lesnar. The stage was all set when Lesnar had his opponent down in a bloodied condition in the middle of the ring.

The fans even started chanting his name at the end of the mega show. However, he did not show up despite being present in the same building that night. Now, going by the rumors we inching closer to one such situation as Raw is coming with its first ever brand specific PPV, Clash of Champions.

On September 25, the Clash of Champions PPV is all set to take place from the Bankers Life Fieldhouse in Indianapolis, Indiana. On the same day, Goldberg will be present in the same city to attend the Wrestling Podcast hosted by Eric Bischoff.

Going by the rumours, Goldberg is expected to be present at the Clash of Champions PPV in a certain capacity. However, no further confirmation has been received, yet.

Recently has posted a video on Twitter to promote the show. Goldberg took a dig there at Brock Lesnar stating that he is not in the next, yet. Rather he mentioned the former WWE and WCW General Manager, Bischoff as his next.

Goldberg also clarified that if Bischoff tries to let him down then he will not hesitate "pop his head live on stage."

In the video, the former WCW and WWE World champion also confirmed that he will be appearing on the podcast just two to three hours prior to the Clash of Champions PPV. It is also mentionable that on September 24th at the All-State arena in Chicago, Illinois we will see the rematch between Lesnar and Randy Orton.
