Ozil is in a red hot form in the current season which has helped the Gunners to maintain an unbeaten streak of 13 matches in all competitions since their opening day defeat against Liverpool.
Thierry Henry was on a one day trip in Kolkata to grace the Indian Super League match between Atletico de Kolkata and Mumbai City FC.
Prior to the game, he was at a PUMA store in City where he interacted with media and the fans.
On the Gunners' great run of form and Alexis Sanchez and Mesut Ozil's performance, the Arsenal legend said: "By myself, I always said in the past two years that Sanchez could be used as an option as a centre-forward.
"He's finally playing as a centre-forward. He does it for Chile, so it's not something that he doesn't know how to do.
"He did it for Udinese also in Italy and does it ever so well. When you have a guy who as a No.9, the way he puts pressure, the way he moves, his vision for the ball, that creates a lot of holes for Ozil.
"That's why Ozil is scoring a lot of goals of the movement of Alexis Sanchez."
Alexis Sanchez has been played as a lone striker by Arsene Wenger this season and it had done wonders for the club.
