Bengaluru FC confirmed the news on their official Twitter handle as well as on their official website.

Their Tweet read:

The Serbian forward has the experience of playing in the Europa League and AFC Champions League previously and his addition will hopefully solve Bengaluru FC's problems this season.

BFC manager Albert Roca spoke about the new addition to his squad and said: "We hope the arrival of Marjan will add impetus to our attacking department.

"He's tall, a proper target man and has very handy experience gathered across continents.

"We have been creating so many chances but have struggled to put them away and Marjan's got his task cut out. I'm sure he will help get our season back on track."

The forward will don the jersey number 36 for the Bengaluru-based side. He is likely to join the side before their match against Minerva Punjab FC on March 5.

Bengaluru FC's performance this season has been below par. After starting the season on a high, they have suddenly faltered and are currently winless in their last 7 matches in the I-League.
