Liverpool had topsy turvy start to their Premier League campaign this season as they won the opening game convincingly against rivals Arsenal 4-3 but succumbed to an embarassing defeat at the hands of minnows Burnley.
Mauricio Pochettino's Tottenham on the other hand started their season in an impressive note. After winning a point in the first match against Everton, they picked up full points from last week's encounter against Crystal Palace.
Pochettino will miss the services of club captain Hugo Lloris who had a hamstring injury in the first match of the season. Other than Lloris, there are no injury news for Spurs.
Harry Kane is likely to start upfront as the striker supported by Erik Lamela, Christian Erikssen and Dele Alli in the attacking third. Eric Dier and Victor Wanyama will be acting as the deep lying midfielders.
Danny Rose, Jan Vertonghen Toby Alderweireld and Kyle Walker will be in the backline and Michel Vorm the custodian.
Jurgen Klopp is likely to make quite a few changes in the starting line up from midweek English League Cup match were the Reds registered a 5-0 win.
Daniel Sturridge, Roberto Firmino and Phillip Coutinho will be the front three for Klopp. Jordan Henderson, Emre Can and Adam Lallana will be the three midfielders. Wijnaldum did not have an impressive outing last week against Burnley thus, Can might come in.
James Milner will continue to play as the makeshift left-back.
