All the four teams i.e. New Zealand, West Indies, England and India are capable of outclassing their opponents and this has made really very difficult for the experts to predict that who is going to win the semis.

World T20: New Zealand, India have highest win percentages in T20Is

On paper, New Zealand are favourites against England who have not exactly been consistent en route their entry into the last four. While India and West Indies have met 3 times in World T20 tournaments (2009, 2010 and 2014) - all in Group stages. West Indies lead 2-1.

But if one talks about the winning percentages of these all 4 teams, then New Zealand and India are the top contenders. (Preview: World T20 Semi-final 1: New Zealand Vs England)

As per statistics, Black Caps top the table maximum T20I wins, since last ICC World T20 in 2014, and are closely followed by Men In Blue.

With 12 wins out of 17 matches they have played since 2014, New Zealand lead the table with an impeccable winning percentage of 70.59.

While MS Dhoni & Co. have registered a winning percentage of 70, with 14 wins off 20 T20I matches they have played in the same time period. (10 facts about Ind-WI semis)

With a winning percentage of 69.23 England is just behind Team India. The champions of 2010 WT20 have won 9 out of 13 games they have played so far.

Fourth, semi-finalist of this year's WT20, West Indies are placed at fourth rank in the table with a win percent of 58.33. Windies have won 7 off the 12 matches played while one game did not yeild any results.

Thus, it will be interesting to see whether table toppers New Zealand and India continue to maintain their win percentages in the semi-final stage and beat their respective opponents to set up an epic final clash or England and West Indies put a break over their momentum.
