Pakistan pacer Mohammad Amir on Tuesday (Nov 2) was dismissed in one of the most comical fashion in the history of the game

Chase first saved a certain six with his brilliant presence of mind, and then threw it towards the stumps to effect a hilarious dismissal.

Realising he won't get any run off his shot, Amir hurried to complete a single, but the left-hander couldn't make it to the crease at the non-striker's end.

The careless approach from the batsmen, good work in the deep from the fielder and the batsman's (Amir) failure to ground the bat, all this reflected in the single delivery which perhaps would be remembered as one of the most hilarious run out in the game.

Roston Chase

The dramatic chain of events happened during the final ball of the 79th over of Pakistan's second innings when Amir attempted a lofted shot against Devendra Bishoo.

Here's the hilarious video:

Pakistan were bowled out for a lowly 208, leaving West Indies with a target of 152 runs to chase, which they achieved in 43.5 overs and won the match by 5 wickets.
People even took to Twitter to talk about the comical run out.
