Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) had invited fans on Twitter to post questions for Team India's head coach Kumble, on August 7 (Sunday). This was ahead of India-West Indies 3rd Test which starts tomorrow (August 9) in St. Lucia.

Under the hashtag #AskTheCoach, Twitter users sent in their questions to Kumble and some of them got replies.

Bharath (@Bharathsh619) posted a "tricky question" to Kumble on what he would do if he was bowling to Sehwag when batting on 299. "@BCCI @anilkumble1074 #AskTheCoach Whats your thought if you bowling to sehwag in test match when he is on 299*," he wrote.

Kumble, in a video posted by BCCI on its Twitter page, said, "It is a tricky question which you have asked. What makes you think that I will let Virender Sehwag score 299 in the first place. No, I am just joking. It was nice that Viru was part of my team. It was always nice to sit and watch him blast the bowlers from ball one. And I remember him hitting those sixes when he was near a milestone. It was wonderful to bowl to Viru in the nets and have him as a team-mate. He was a great player."

This reply of Kumble was also retweeted by Sehwag to his 6 million and above followers. In recent times, the former Delhi batsman has been a big hit on Twitter for his witty birthday messages to cricketers.

Both Kumble and Sehwag were involved in many international matches for India, sharing some memorable victories at home and away.

In June, Kumble as appointed as India's head coach and currently he is on the Caribbean islands where the team leads 1-0 in the 4-Test series after 2 matches. Virat Kohli-led India won the 1st Test and second was a draw.
