Kohli went on to reveal that he has a fear of going bankrupt. Kohli who already has Rs 100 crore in his kitty told the magazine, "I've begun to think about my future. About how to secure it. Money doesn't motivate me, but it's important. I've gotten accustomed to a certain financial environment. It's important to sustain that. I've seen so many athletes bankrupt at the end of their career. It's scary."
Kohli raked in a handsome sum of Rs 100 crore the previous year and with his amazing performances, this number is surely going to rise now.
After making it to record books with his sensational innings in the Indian Premier League (IPL), Team India's Test skipper Virat Kohli has now made it to the cover page of popular magazine GQ India.
The Indian swashbuckler was chosen by the magazine amongst 50 best dressed celebs in India.
India's 'run machine' Kohli was at No. 8 in the ESPN World Fame 100 rankings, which is topped by Portuguese footballer Cristiano Ronaldo, who plays for Real Madrid.
