Kohli struck his third century of the series and reached his Test career best of 169 before being dismissed on the final ball of the day, to paceman Mitchell Johnson.

It was Kohli and Ajinkya Rahane (147) partnership that helped India post 462/8 in 126.2 overs in reply to Australia's 530. (Aussies called me spoilt brat: Kohli)

However, on Sunday it was not all about Kohli and Rahane's batting. There were verbal volleys and kisses as well. Upon reaching his 9th Test century, Kohli blew kisses to his girlfriend Anushka Sharma, who was at the stadium. Later, after Kohli had reached 150, Anushka gave him a standing ovation.

It was not the first time that Kohli had sent out kisses to his Bollywood actress Anushka during a cricket match. During a ODI against Sri Lanka last month, he had celebrated in the same way. Recently, he announced to the media that he was in a relationship with Anushka.

After blowing kisses to Anushka, Kohli sent some more of them to another person, not to a girl but to rival fast bowler Johnson.

With Kohli and Johnson involved in verbal volleys during the day's play, the Indian batsman did not hold back to show his "love" towards the Australian. After having hit him for a boundary in a over, he blew kisses to Johnson.

Former Australian batsman Matthew Hayden, on commentary, joked, "she must be jealous" referring to Anushka after Kohli's kisses to the left-arm bowler.

Earlier this year, Anushka's presence in England tour was blamed for Kohli's batting woes. But now, things have changed. Kohli is in top form and the Lady Luck is shining on the Delhi right-hander.
