New Delhi, June 15: Lauding Team India's star batsman Virat Kohli, former Pakistan captain Imran Khan has said the 27-year-old is better batsman than Sachin Tendulkar under pressure situations.
Seems Imran Khan too has joined the huge list of ex-cricketers to have become a fan of India's Run Machine, Virat Kohli. (Not fair to compare me with Sachin: Kohli)
Khan, who was captain of Pakistan's World Cup winning team in 1992, also lauded India's Test skipper's temperament, which has helped him achieve several milestones in his career.
(Virat Kohli can emulate Sachin Tendulkar, says Michael Hussey)
"Apart from his talent and technique, he has a very good temperament. His temperament is better than Sachin's. Kohli performs at the most difficult of opportunities, which Sachin sometimes wasn't able to," he added.
Kohli has been in exceptional form in the year 2016 and his batting skills in the recently concluded Indian Premier League (IPL) were a treat to watch. Kohli amassed record 973 runs in the IPL and almost single-handedly took his side (Royal Challengers Bangalore) into final.
