Fatullah (Bangladesh), June 12: Ace Bangladesh all-rounder Shakib Al Hasan today claimed his 100th Test wicket at home on the third day of the one-off match against India here today.
The 28-year-old picked up the wickets of ton-up openers Shikhar Dhawan, Murali Vijay, Rohit Sharma to halt India's charge on day three at the Khan Shaheb Osman Ali Stadium.
Shakib also prevented Ajinkya Rahane from getting to his century, bowling the batsman out for 98 to return impressive figures of 4/105 before rain stopped proceedings with India at 462 for six.
A talented left-hand batsman and left-arm spinner, Shakib is unarguably the best cricketer that Bangladesh have ever had.
