Sachin Tendulkar returns to cricket practice, gets ready for All Stars Series

Bengaluru, Oct 15: Batting legend Sachin Tendulkar has returned to cricket practice as he gears up to play in the "All Stars Series" in USA with spin great Shane Warne and other former players.

The All Stars Series, hosted by both Tendulkar and Warne will feature some of the game's greats including the duo. There will be 3 matches in America between "Sachin's Blasters" and "Warne's Warriors".

Sachin Tendulkar gets ready for practice

Last night (October 14), Tendulkar tweeted pictures of himself heading to practice. "Am game and already preparing what about you mate @ShaneWarne #cricketallstars @T20allstars," Tendulkar wrote on his Twitter page on Wednesday.

Brian Lara, Ricky Ponting, Sourav Ganguly, Jacques Kallis, Glenn McGrath and others will be seen in action in New York, Los Angeles and Houston. The Twenty20 games will be played on November 7, 11 and 14.

"The All Stars League is coming to America. Sachin Tendulkar and I have spent nearly 12 months putting this together. Be part of history with us and buy a ticket for one or all of the games, we have signed some of the best players who have played international cricket over the past 25 years," wrote Warne had written on his Twitter page recently.
