Bengaluru, Feb 2: Riding over brilliant batting performances from veterans MS Dhoni, Suresh Raina and Yuvraj Singh coupled by an inspiring bowling effort from Yuzvendra Chahal, India vanquished England by 75 runs in the deciding third T20I in Bengaluru on February 1.
Chahal returned with figures of 6/25, best performance by an Indian in T20Is, to trigger England's collapse which saw eight wickets going down for eight runs as the visitors' innings folded for a paltry 127 in response to India's mammoth 202/6.
Chasing a mammoth 203, England were on track till the 13th over, scoring 119/2 before Chahal's magical spell put the visitors on the backfoot as they surrendered meekly.
Earlier, India's seasoned campaigners Dhoni (56 off 36), Raina (63 off 45) and Yuvraj (27 off 10) plundered England bowlers to post a mammoth total on a surface conducive for batting.
India's win ensured Virat Kohli and Co lift the T20I series and maintain their dominance against England on this tour after beating the visitors in ODIs and Tests.
