MS Dhoni congratulates IAF for 'Made In India' Tejas' induction in Air Force

New Delhi, July 1: Team India's limited-overs skipper MS Dhoni congratulated the Indian Air Force (IAF) after indigenously developed Light Combat Aircraft (LCA) Tejas was inducted into the Indian Air Force on Friday (July 1).

MS Dhoni took to Twitter to congratulate the nation for this achievement. The first squadron of the Tejas has been christened 'Flying Daggers 45'.

Hindustan Aeronautics Limited (HAL) handed over the two LCAs to the Indian Air Force.

"Cngrts to IAF on their latest warbirds and every1 who were part of the project indeed a very proud moment for INDIA," tweeted MS Dhoni.

Dhoni is a designated Lieutenant Colonel in the Indian Army.

Earlier this year, hours before India's first match in the Asia Cup T20 against arch rivals Pakistan, Dhoni shocked his fans and followers by sharing his images of para-jumping from a plane.

The most successful Indian captain, left everyone dumbfounded after sharing his images on micro-blogging website Twitter.

Dhoni, who is very fond of adventure sports, made his maiden parachute jump from an Indian Air Force aircraft, at the Agra airbase last year.
