New Delhi, July 22: As superstar Rajinikanth's new flick Kabali's fever is gripping the nation, Indian cricketers aren't untouched by it too.
Kabali has already become quite a sensation across the globe as fans are going crazy about the Tamil film, which released on Friday (July 22).
Cricketers Ravichandran Ashwin and Suresh Raina, both of whom were part of IPL franchise Chennai Super Kings -- which was banned for two years -- expressed their anxiousness about 'Thalaivar' Rajinikanth's new movie.
Both the cricketers took to Twitter to reveal their excitement.
Indian off-spinner R Ashwin, who hails from Chennai, is known to be a big Rajinikanth fan. Ashwin tweeted an image in which Virat Kohli, Shikhar Dhawan, Rohit Sharma, Murali Vijay, KL Rahul and Ashwin himself are taking part in a puja.
While Raina put the poster of Kabali on his Instagram account after watching the film's first day first show.
Ashwin is playing for India at the Test match in West Indies while Raina, who is not a part of the Test squad, is spending time with family.
