Virat Kohli, the most successful batsman in the ninth edition of Indian Premier League (IPL), first failed to leave any mark with the bat and also was criticised by Twitterati for his extra-show of aggression on-field.
On several occasions, the RCB skipper was seen yelling at his bowlers whenever they bowled loose deliveries. Later he got furious even at umpire Kumar Dharamsena when the later failed to judge his catch and refused to give out.
Kohli, who was confident about the catch, went aggressively towards the umpire, a move disliked by many.
However, TV replays confirmed Kohli's catch was clean and the batsman was sent back to the pavilion. But, fans on Twitter advised him to be calm like AB de Villiers while there were also a few who criticised the umpiring.
Here is how Twitterati reacted:
Frustrated Kohli just started abusing umpires 😂 #RCBvGL

If only Virat had a ball he could've taken his anger out on it.#RCBvGL
