The BCCI has shared a video clip on its Facebook page to show who's keeping a check on Team India's eating habits.
The video shows what skipper Virat Kohli is taking in his meal to beat the humidity in Sri Lankan conditions on the sidelines of the warm up game against Sri Lanka President XI.
The video titled 'Lunch Date with Team India' also shows Umesh Yadav's love for eating chicken and Ravindra Jadeja's obsession with a local soup dish.
In the approximately five-minute long video the chef's food for thought while preparing the meals is also revealed.
The video reflects how the entire cricket team follows a strict diet regime starting from breakfast till the dinner and keeps it fit.
Joking about the sweltering heat conditions in Sri Lanka, Hardik Pandya could be heard saying 'it's freezing here', while he eats curd and rice to cool himself down.
The video next pans towards skipper Kohli, who is serving 'home style chicken curry' and rice into his plate with an extra layer of oil, which he believes is crucial for humid conditions there.
The 28-year-old indulged in chicken curry along with some gluten-free rice, which he says is high on protein. Kohli, who hardly takes carbohydrates, also revealed it's important to take carbs in such conditions along with protein.

India pacer Bhuvneshwar Kumar was the next cricketer in the video who was modestly eating rice, curd and daal. The speedster revealed he's on a diet plan to increase his weight.
The video later showed, Prasanna Wimalasurendra, the Banquet Chef at Taj Samudra where the team is residing. The chef then explains how the food is packaged and transferred in trucks from the hotel to the stadium and how the food is laid out for the players in the form of a buffet.
Shanker Basu, Strength and Conditioning Coach of the Indian team, then talks about how the side have brought in a 'fifth-dimension' to their game, embracing fitness and lifestyle in a sport that has become more than just a duel between bat and ball.
