Mumbai, Dec 12: India on Monday (Dec 12) thrashed England by an innings and 36 runs to win the fourth Test match against here at Wankhede Stadium, and take unassailable 3-0 lead in Anthony De Mello Trophy.

Chasing India's tricky lead of 231 in the second innings, Alastair Cook-led team were bundled out for 195 and lost third successive match at the hands of Virat Kohli and company.

India's match-winning bowler Ravichandran Ashwin produced another brilliant performance with the ball as he claimed six-wickets in the second innings.
