Visakhapatnam (AP), Oct 28: The fifth one-day cricket match between India and New Zealand would be held at ACA-VDCA cricket stadium here on October 29 and rain threat won't affect the match, organisers said.

Addressing a press conference here, head of the organizing committee and chairman of the Visakhapatnam Port Trust, MT Krishna Babu, said all precautions were being taken and forecast of rain due to cyclone 'Kyant' over Bay of Bengal won't affect the match.
Both teams had arrived here and they will have some practise on Friday (Oct 28), he said. Andhra Pradesh Cricket Association secretary G Gangaraju said the pitch was in good condition, and the stadium had the latest equipment to clear the water if it rained.

Fifty percent of the tickets were sold so far, he said. There was no rain in the last two days. Police commissioner T Yoganand said that necessary security arrangement had been made and 2,000 security personnels would be deployed on the day of the match.
