In Pics: India cricketers meet Miami Heats' stars, play basketball ahead of T20Is

Miami, Aug 25: As Team India arrived in the USA to play their first ever international cricket match on American soil, which is passionate about games like baseball and basketball, they got a chance to interact with basketball team Miami Heats.

Team India arrive in USA for T20I series

Indian cricketers were warmly welcomed by NBA stars such as Tyler Johnson, D'Angelo Russel and Briant Weber after former landed on US soil.

Shikhar Dhawan, Ravichandran Ashwin and Bhuvaneshwar Kumar spent quality time on basketball court and even tried their hands playing the game with NBA stars such as Tyler Johnson and Briant Weber.

Indian players got a few tips about basketball and in return explained them about 'The Gentlemen's Game'.

Meanwhile, Team India star Virat Kohli was welcomed by Georges St-Pierre, famous Canadian mixed martial artist and three-time former Welterweight Champion of the Ultimate Fighting Championship.

The Canadian also promised Kohli to teach him some martial art moves and learn how to run on cricket pitch. Kohli thanked St-Pierre for his warm welcome.
