Kolkata, Sep 28: The Indian Test and New Zealand Test squads arrived here on Tuesday night (Sep 27) ahead of second Test starting on Friday (Sep 30).

India-NZ series schedule; Comeback man Gautam Gambhir excited

Virat Kohli-led Indian side, sans KL Rahul and coach Anil Kumble, arrived at Kolkata's airport. New Zealand team led by skipper Kane Williamson also arrived here. The Kiwis would be hoping to win the second Test match and level the series.

Rahul has been ruled out of the match because of a hamstring injury while Kumble is slated to join the team on Wednesday morning ahead of their practice session at Eden Gardens in the afternoon.

India one win away from No. 1 rank

Batsman Gautam Gambhir and pacer Jayant Yadav have been called in place of injured KL Rahul and ill Ishant Sharma, respectively.
