New Delhi, Nov 22: India's frontline bowler Ravichandran Ashwin has maintained his domination in latest ICC Test rankings as he still placed at the top of latest table.

Ashwin, who grabbed 8 wickets in the 2nd Test match against England at Visakhapatnam, helped India beat visitors by a whopping margin of 246 runs and take 1-0 lead in the 5-Test series.

With 895 rating points Ashwin is ahead of Sri Lanka's veteran spinner Rangana Herath (867) by 28 points, who is at the second spot.

Ravindra Jadeja is another Indian in the top 10 rankings. With 795 points the left-arm spinner is at 6th spot.

The 30-year-old climbed at the top of the table on October 11, 2016 during Test series against New Zealand.

The Tamil Nadu offspinner bagged 5 wickets on the 3rd day of the 2nd Test against England to draw level with some of the greats of the game.

With his latest fifer, Ashwin drew level (22 times of taking 5 or more wickets in an innings) with former great bowlers Waqar Younis (Pakistan), Malcolm Marshall, Curtly Ambrose and Courtney Walsh (all 3 from West Indies).

With 895 rating points, the Indian off-spinner is comfortably seated at the top of ICC Test rankings. 

Rangana Herath

With 867 points, Sri Lanka's Rangana Herath is placed at the second spot. 

Dale Steyn

South African pace spearhead is third on the ICC Test Rankings. He has 852 points. 

James Anderson

The England pacer is at the fourth place in the ICC Test Rankings. He has 850 points. 

Stuart Broad

He is just behind compatriot James Anderson in the Test Rankings. With 820 points, Stuart Broad is on fifth position.
