Dubai, Sep 21: International Cricket Council (ICC) Chairman Shashank Manohar on Wednesday congratulated the Board of Control for Cricket in India (BCCI) for the country's 500th Test, which will be played against New Zealand in Kanpur from Thursday (Sep 22).
