Here are all the firsts of ICC World Cup 2015 - Ton and Hat-trick on Day 1

Christchurch, Feb 14: New Zealand captain Brendon McCullum batted his way to several firsts at this edition of ICC World Cup here at Hagley Oval on the opening day of the tournament. Also today, England paceman Steven Finn took a hat-trick.

The first match of World Cup 2015, between co-host New Zealand and Sri Lanka began today. Sri Lankan captain Angelo Mathews won the toss and opted to field. The Kiwis posted 331/6 in 50 overs and bowled out the opposition for 233 to win by 98 runs.
